Fall Tournament
The Fall Tournament is held annually at the University of Pennsylvania, and gives students the opportunity to showcase their debating skills on the November/December debate topic. This year's tournament is tentatively scheduled for December 6, 2008.
Last year's tournament, held on December 1, 2007, was a great success, with Parkway Center City's Ryan Rudolph defeating Franklin Towne Charter School's Yong Lin Lee in the final debate. Rubin Rhodes of Parkway Center City and Taylor Valentine of Science Leadership Academy were semifinalists at the tournament. Parkway Center City High School was awarded the School Sweepstakes award for the highest number of wins at the tournament.
